At Aurarevive, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our refund policy below.

Returns: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including in its original packaging.

Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as opened skincare products, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.

Shipping for Returns: You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
